SMALL ISLES WHALE WATCH

Join HWDT for some sea-gazing from these gorgeous Hebridean Whale Trail sites across the Small Isles.

MONDAY 31 MARCH, 4-6PM: THE PIER, EIGG

WEDNESDAY 2 APRIL, 1:30-3:30PM: KINLOCH FERRY TERMINAL, RUM

THURSDAY 3 APRIL, 4-6PM: GALLANACH BAY, MUCK

Drop in events, no need to book and free to attend. Small number of binoculars available to use during the events.


Centre Science Talks

Pop into the Hebridean Whale Centre this April for a chance to watch recordings from our Winter Webinar series.

Join us in the Hebridean Whale Centre to watch exclusive recordings from HWDT's Winter Webinar series from the past few years.

Help yourself to a cup of tea or coffee, and tune into a fantastic line-up of talk recordings, each lasting around 1 hour. Talks will be scheduled by request, so please let us know what subject you are interested in.


Guided Glengorm Wildlife Walk

Join us to discover the incredible natural scenery, wildlife and history on a guided walk and sea watch at beautiful Glengorm Castle.

THURDAY AT 10AM - 12PM
£7.50 for U16’s, £12.50 for adults, £35 for families

Join our expert team and connect with our seas, learn top tips for spotting amazing marine life and keep watch for fins breaking the surface.

Guided Tobermory Lighthouse Wildlife Walk

Join our expert guides for a gentle walk along the coast to Tobermory Lighthouse as we take in the nature and wildlife around us.

TUESDAY AT 2PM
£6 for U16s, £10 for adults, £28 for families

WISE TRAINING

23 and 24 April, 7-9:30pm.

Become a WISE certified operator by taking part in the UK's national training scheme for best practice around marine and coastal wildlife to help minimise disturbance.

This course is aimed at individuals and businesses frequently operating around cetaceans, basking sharks, seals and/or seabirds.
